Like Bubbles?

Apparently someone does as once again bubbles pour from one of Wilmington's fountains.WECT It's a sight you couldn't have missed if you were driving through downtown Wilmington Friday morning. Bubble suds flew through the air as the city started cleaning up the massive mess on Market Street. It appears someone, or a group of people, poured bottles of dishwashing liquid and a container of laundry detergent into the fountain in the intersection of Market Street and 5th Avenue.
