Guest Worker Program Gets the Axe
| The guest worker program amendment to the immigration bill that is in the House was removed after a group of House republicans threatened to stall the entire immigration bill. From what I'm hearing Bush will still support the stripped down bill. I'm glad to see someone in DC stand up to Bush and vote-seeking-light-on-border-control-politicians. |
