This weeks quote comes from Bill Cosby. He was addressing 2000 New Orleans residents about the condition of their community before Katrina. "Ladies and gentlemen, you had the highest murder rate, unto each other. You were dealing drugs to each other. You were impregnating our 13-, 12-, 11-year-old children," he said, in quotes picked up by Reuters. "What kind of a village is that?" I have a ton of respect for Bill Cosby. He is not afraid to speak his mind and tell it like he sees it.
