CIA Says It Is Bin Laden On Tape

Detroit Free Press A CIA technical analysis concluded "with high confidence the voice on the tape is bin Laden," an agency official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said in a statement. I don't know how much the CIA can be trusted on this. I'ld like to see some other analysises of the tape. I heard the FBI isn't so sure it's Laden, I'll try and find a link to that statement. Vice President Dick Cheney, asked later about the tape, dismissed the idea of negotiations. "We don't negotiate with terrorists," he said. "I think you have to destroy them.
